High combustion efficiency
With low moisture content, and the combustion air is easy to adjust, HVE premium wood pellets can be easily burnt just with a piece of paper; the combustion efficiency is up to 80%, and the heat of burning a ton of HVE wood pellets is equal to 0.8 tons of coal.
Sustainability
After the wood pellets are burnt, the ash could be used as fertilizer to promote the growth of plants. It’s an important step to realize the sustainable use of resource.
Overview
In South Africa, there are higher and lower temperature areas, in the cooler areas there is a need for heating in the winter season. The wood pellets give a constant infeed and a good heat with very easy handling through the thermostat. The infeed is easy out of the 15kg pellet bags and the cleaning of the burn chamber with the vacuum is also easy and quick.
The highest standard of pellets and often more expensive are premium wood pellets. These are typically produced from the sawdust waste produced from timber production. They produce ash below 1%. Only certain materials can be used in order to produce premium wood pellets.

Our premium wood pellets are suitable for all home heating needs and can be used to fuel; wood pellet fireplaces, wood pellet stoves, wood pellet grills, underfloor heating, and more. Our wood pellets contain all-natural biomass products and are manufactured at the highest quality control levels, designating our wood pellets fuel as premium grade. Our wood pellets produce a consistent, high BTU output and produce less than one percent ash. This translates to a hotter, more efficient burn, which means less wood pellets burned, fewer wood pellets purchased, less space needed for storage, fewer trips to the wood pellet hopper and less waste to clean up.
